There is an extensive range of oral surgical and dental implantology procedures that can be undertaken under local anaesthesia with or without inhalational/intravenous sedation or General Anaesthesia. We have listed the more common procedures and some procedures we feel patients would like more information on prior to seeking specialist advice.
The most efficient method for practitioners to make referrals is by e-mail. We also accept referrals by letter, fax and phone. The on-line referral form for practitioners allows you to up-load any relevant documentation such as OPT x-rays, snap shots of CBCT scans, blood results, consultant letters and medication lists. This information will be added to our practice software management system and the patient contacted directly to arrange an appointment same day of referral when possible.
Please click into the on-line referral form and referrals will be sent to [email protected]. You can also just send directly to this e-mail address from your practice computer or practice management software. We are aware that different practitioners prefer different methods of referral and we continue to accept referrals by post with hard copies of x-rays and CT scans. Fax remains an option for now and for those referring practitioners who prefer phone referral, you can refer as normal. Should you require business cards to issue at the time of referral please contact reception and we will post them out as usual. For those patients with special needs (including auditory or visually impaired, medically compromised or mobility issues) phone ahead and we can put arrangements in place. The practice is on the ground floor with a disabled space immediately outside and is wheelchair friendly.
