Quick guide about patient referral

The best method of referral is by e-mail and there is a facility on the referral to up-load any relevant attachments such as blood results, medication lists or scans. We will endeavour to arrange a consultation appointment the same day as referral. Your patient can reference the map on the website for location details. For all referrals for IV sedation at Castle Clinic and GA at the Blackrock Clinic assessments are undertaken at Castle Clinic Dalkey. 

Should you have a case that needs urgently seen please e-mail details, mark as high priority in addition to contacting the clinic by phone (E.g. If an urgent biopsy is required). 

Please make sure your preferred practice e-mail is on the referral as most discharge letters are sent by e-mail. Any hard copy x-rays will be returned by post when treatment is complete.
